Summary
It is actually Managed cPanel VPS from ZipServers, for once in a lifetime i took managed vps with cPanel :D. First time chat with their support, i bombard them with so many questions, because i need to know every details about their services and addons, also discount :p. They answered all of my questions and it was nice, they are friendly and professional, i feel satisfied with my pre-sales questions. About the customer support, what can i say, it is managed so you can ask them to configure and secure your vps, keep it up to date. Their support response is good, mostly less than one hour to solve the issue, i don’t give you my ticket screenshot because i’ve opened so many tickets and most of them are technical support, but i can tell you their support is good. Now we’re moving our conversation to the server spec, take a look at the cpu, it is a big server right? Good for serving a little bit more client in it, powerful. For the price, it is reasonable, cPanel + Managed Service + Virtuozzo, premium version of OpenVZ actually. Anyway this vps is located in London, speed access is good from both my country and US area. So if you want to try managed service for the first time in your life, ZipServers can be the option from many providers out there, i will give them 9 points from 10 points.
Wham bam thank you, maam, my queistons are answered!
