Cloudee dot EU, i have a hunch that they are something like subsidiary of superhosting.cz. Firstly i checked the CPU spec of this VPS, i got 1 XEON E5620 CPU @ 2.6Ghz, and it is very good even i got just one CPU in this VPS. Take a look at benchmark test using UnixBench, 492.3 points, that’s quite good for one CPU. Disk I/O test also very good, no sign of overselling i see here, 160MB/s average. For speed test, i got 1 – 3 MB/s speed from thed neighboring continent (US), so i guess they are using 100Mbit for bandiwdth port. Now for the price, in my opinion, comparison between price and spec is fairly high, 14 Euro is the smallest spec with 0.7Ghz CPU and 376MB Memory with 5GB Space and 500GB Data transfer, if you convert the price to dollar then you will have to pay 18 Dollar, give it or take a few cent. But there is two condition you need to know (probably) why does the price is slightly higher, first they are located in Europe, which is european location is more expensive (mostly) than US location. Secondly, they guarantee you dedicated clock speed of CPU, dedicated memory, and I/O, so the slightly higher price is acceptable for you who wants to get a real performance of VPS. Finally, my personal score for Cloudee.eu is 8.5 from 10 points.
I’m had an outage several times already on my WinServer instance. 7hours outage + more than 2 hours to fix it. I’m really thinking to move to another place.
My server is down now for about 10 hours, sent numerous mails to the customer support and still no answer, nor they fixed anything. I’m very disappointed with Cloudee and seriously thinking to move my site to somewhere else.
